For more than 54 years, Cecil Clark Chevrolet has been proud to call Lake County home. As a locally and family-owned dealership, our connection to this community reaches far beyond the vehicles we sell and service. Through Cecil Clark Cares, we strengthen the community we share by building meaningful partnerships, showing up through hands-on involvement, and investing in the people and organizations working every day to make Lake County better. We support local youth and education, honor veterans and first responders, promote physical and mental wellness, support organizations that provide food, shelter, and other essential services to local families in need, strengthen local housing and industry, and partner with nonprofit, civic, and conservation organizations that share our belief in service. Cecil Clark Cares is our promise to give back to the community that has supported us—not simply through sponsorships, but through participation, partnership, and a lasting commitment to the place we call home.

Founders, Cecil Clark Cares
Long before Cecil Clark Cares had a name, caring for this community was part of our family’s story. That story began in 1972, when Joseph’s grandfather, Cecil Clark, established the dealership that would become Cecil Clark Chevrolet. More than five decades later, we are proud to carry his legacy forward and continue investing in the community that has supported our family and our business for generations.
Cecil Clark Cares was created to turn that legacy into focused, lasting action. We believe a local business should do more than operate in its community—it should participate in it, invest in it, and stand beside the people working to make it stronger. That means supporting local youth and education, promoting physical and mental wellness, honoring veterans and first responders, helping families access food, safe housing, and other essential services, strengthening local housing and workforce opportunities, and partnering with civic and conservation organizations.
