I brought my impala in for oil change and tire rotation. When I went to retrieve the wheel lock from the spare tire it wasn’t there. I looked everywhere. Nothing. I returned home and me and my wife looked everywhere several times but didn’t find the key. I returned to CC and explained that they were the last to rotate the tires. A very nice gentleman assisting me took the car to the changing station and returned with the key in the bag I kept it. Saying it was in the glove box. The glove box had been completely empty 3 times previously. I’m glad they still had it. I put my phone no on the bag so if this happens again I can be contacted.

Overall a good experience. My only major complaint is a 3% service fee on credit cards. First I wasn’t informed of this policy when I dropped off my vehicle. Second , credit cards are probably 90% of any dealership’s service business. Cards fees should be factored into all pricing. The rates that are being charged for services to include shop supplies( which formerly being in the industry I understand for some work, but knowing there are no shop supplies involved in hooking up a trans flushing machine ) is more than ample and hidden credit card fees ( tell the customer up front ) hurt the overall experience. The personal communication was very good as well as a friendly staff was and is appreciated.

The mechanic did a great job as usual. What surprised me was the cost of oil change and tire rotation increase since my last visit $25. Also I asked if the car got wash and they said we don't do that anymore. The third think was I want to use my credit card but there is an up charge to use it. I purchased my car there in 2022. Ever since I made the purchase I feel like the care you get in the sales department completely diminishes wants you sign the papers. After that the communication and attentiveness is out the window. I WILL BE BUYING A FORD BECAUSE OF THIS. Literally since I bought my car every single time I have had to have it serviced I have left feeling irritated at the inconsideration of the staff. They’re not pleasant on the phone. I have had my contact information updated every time I go there as well as online but every time they call my moms phone when it’s time to update me on my car, if I get an update. Most of the time I have to reach out the find out what’s going on. We’re not talking repairs here were talking maintenance like oils changes. Recently I was there for a diagnostic that was booked well in advance with plenty of information on what’s happening had a 9 am appointment by 3:30 I am calling repeatedly because no one aside from the service employee I dropped the car with knows anything. After over 6 hours I finally got an answer with a quote. Less than an hour before closing. I promise that this last experience although in the grand scheme of things was relatively small it was the last of many grains of sand that have confirmed I will not be returning for my next car purchase.

I went in because my tire monitoring system was only displaying 2 tire readings. I was told I needed 4 new sensors and that was okay. When I left I decided to check out the tire pressure after driving about 2 miles and found that 3 of the tires read at 36 psi and one read at 41 psi. I called the shop back and had to come back again as they said the 41 was way too high. They apologized but I shudder to think that if I did not check that my tire could have blown out causing an accident.

The service department took be in as soon as I got there even thought I was a little early. The diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and completed the job in less time than I was expecting. It is a long drive for me as I live in Apopka 40 minutes away, but it is worth the drive to feel comfortable about service to my vehicle. The only thing I do not appreciate is how many times your sales department calls me, texted me or emails me about trading in my car for a new car. I am not interested as I have to them every time they call. When the time comes that I want a new car, Cecil Clark will be the first dealership I come too. The communication was good. The work itself is difficult to determine, but the truck is running well so I am assuming all is good. I definitely appreciate the time they spent with the warranty company, helping to get this covered. I was disappointed with the condition the vehicle was returned in. There were oily hand and footprints all over the truck, especially on the grill and around the engine compartment. I'm not sure it makes sense to put a paper floor mat in to protect my mat if you are going to leave the truck filthy. There was also a section of the grill that was not reattached and is loose/rattling.

Service was actually done well, BUT it was the result of a problem. There were 11 softare updates that were not done. The problem was resolved once the updates were applied. It took over 3 HOURS to do the updates. When I asked Why I wasn't notified that my vehicle needed updates I was told that there is no notification to owners. "Just wait until you have a problem and bring it in and we'll see if it needs updates" was the dealerships' stance. A call to Chevy support ended with referral back to the dealership. So Chevy's POLICY IS TO NOT NOTIFY OWNERS OF NEEDED UPDATES BUT TO WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING MALFUNCTIONS TO PERFORM THE UPDATES. Ask me if my next vehicle will be a Chevy! oh and YES please publish my response!! I'm sure you won't, but I wish you would.

My 2025 Trax was damaged from a careless, unlicensed, no insurance lady. Dave V was kind enough to drive it to the dealership for repairs, a 2 & 1/2 ride from Vero beach to Cecil Clark. Freddie in service was right on it dealing with insurance issues involving lots of phone time, I'm sure. I wasn't able to do the leg work as I had surgery and a lengthy hospital stay. Freddie didn't give up. He secured the parts and had it totally repaired in 2 & 1/2 days! Amazing!! Cecil Clark is surely a one of a kind company with a simple goal...to provide outstanding customer service by all of the friendly people who are employed there. Surely an unusual attribute and the reason they have had decades of success. A huge shout out to Dave, Freddie and Cecil Clark Chevrolet! YOU ROCK!!!!

Rich is the best at caring for my crazy requests like keeping my engine bay clean, the interior free from grease smudges and not grubbing up the exterior with hand prints. Rally disappointed that you continue to penalize me by charging 3% to use my GM card. It cost me more to use it than I get back for using it. My salesman was great. he listened to my needs on what I wanted on a new suv. he was very helpful on showing how things worked on my new Equinox . being in my 70s things are a little tough to understand and he was more than patient on showing me the different new things on my suv. I have purchased at least 12 vehicles over my life span and I have to say Cecil Clark Chev dealer is the best dealership and salesman i have ever delt with.
