Everyone was pleasant and things went smoothly

I brought my impala in for oil change and tire rotation. When I went to retrieve the wheel lock from the spare tire it wasn’t there. I looked everywhere. Nothing. I returned home and me and my wife looked everywhere several times but didn’t find the key. I returned to CC and explained that they were the last to rotate the tires. A very nice gentleman assisting me took the car to the changing station and returned with the key in the bag I kept it. Saying it was in the glove box. The glove box had been completely empty 3 times previously. I’m glad they still had it. I put my phone no on the bag so if this happens again I can be contacted.

Overall a good experience. My only major complaint is a 3% service fee on credit cards. First I wasn’t informed of this policy when I dropped off my vehicle. Second , credit cards are probably 90% of any dealership’s service business. Cards fees should be factored into all pricing. The rates that are being charged for services to include shop supplies( which formerly being in the industry I understand for some work, but knowing there are no shop supplies involved in hooking up a trans flushing machine ) is more than ample and hidden credit card fees ( tell the customer up front ) hurt the overall experience. The personal communication was very good as well as a friendly staff was and is appreciated.

Can't believe A/C is not covered under warranty on a 2 year old truck, and then that a sticking switch is almost a thousand dollars to replace.

Part has to be ordered … wish they had told me it has to be paid before they can order it and not phone me later to tell me … so I have to make an extra trip to return to dealership before they will order the part I need!

The mechanic did a great job as usual. What surprised me was the cost of oil change and tire rotation increase since my last visit $25. Also I asked if the car got wash and they said we don't do that anymore. The third think was I want to use my credit card but there is an up charge to use it. I'm currently looking to other place for this service.

Eric Jorgensen made the whole process easy and smooth. My husband had contact with him starting in the morning before we made the drive to Leesburg. Eric met us out front as we pulled up and offered waters since we’d had an hour long drive. I would highly recommend Eric to family and friends who are in the process of purchasing a vehicle. Chuck in financing was very helpful and everything was seamless. Buying a new vehicle can be daunting and time consuming, but this was a comfortable and “not-pushy” process. Thank you!

My vehicle that our teen daughter uses needed an oil change. I made the appointment for her to bring it in. She was nervous doing this for the first time by herself but the process was amazing.

The salesman was very easy to work with, was knowledgeable, and very helpful. I appreciate the fact there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. This was the exact vehicle I wanted and was priced at a reasonable price. I was able to a deal with the sales manager with minimal back and forth. Well, I had a hard time scheduling my visit. I gave up getting my first oil change there becuase of this and had my salesperson make the appointment this time. Found out that since it wasn't my first oil change for the new car, it wouldn't be the free one offered at the time of sale. I was in and out in two hours so I guess verything went well.

I was told there were no longer parts to fix my 2014 Chevy Captiva Sport LTZ. I returned home went on the internet & immediately found 3 places where I could order the original General Motors parts. On a positive note the technician did find the area where water was leaking into the car. Thank you for that.

We were in and out in 3 hours max, went in for a used car and left with a brand new Trax and I love it. Only negative so far was I asked that my windows be tinted as part of my deal which was agreed on but can't get anyone to return my call regarding that matter. Otherwise I'm happy with my experience.

Brought the car in for $30,000 mi check up in an oil change and that's a work order wrote up and it was done within an hour time frame and they were courteous and white and then an excellent job

I purchased my car there in 2022. Ever since I made the purchase I feel like the care you get in the sales department completely diminishes wants you sign the papers. After that the communication and attentiveness is out the window. I WILL BE BUYING A FORD BECAUSE OF THIS. Literally since I bought my car every single time I have had to have it serviced I have left feeling irritated at the inconsideration of the staff. They’re not pleasant on the phone. I have had my contact information updated every time I go there as well as online but every time they call my moms phone when it’s time to update me on my car, if I get an update. Most of the time I have to reach out the find out what’s going on. We’re not talking repairs here were talking maintenance like oils changes. Recently I was there for a diagnostic that was booked well in advance with plenty of information on what’s happening had a 9 am appointment by 3:30 I am calling repeatedly because no one aside from the service employee I dropped the car with knows anything. After over 6 hours I finally got an answer with a quote. Less than an hour before closing. I promise that this last experience although in the grand scheme of things was relatively small it was the last of many grains of sand that have confirmed I will not be returning for my next car purchase.

Richard (service mgr) did his job as always. Parts dept a little disappointed, kept having to order computer parts which delayed keeping truck for another day then another day, etc.

It took over an hour to change my oil. The price is way to expensive and the I couldn’t us my credit card without them charging me 3% more. I won’t be back. I’ll take my service elsewhere

Everything was done and on time

I went in because my tire monitoring system was only displaying 2 tire readings. I was told I needed 4 new sensors and that was okay. When I left I decided to check out the tire pressure after driving about 2 miles and found that 3 of the tires read at 36 psi and one read at 41 psi. I called the shop back and had to come back again as they said the 41 was way too high. They apologized but I shudder to think that if I did not check that my tire could have blown out causing an accident.

I was greeted with friendly, knowledgeable sales personnel when I entered the dealership. The sales person inquired about my needs and wants in a vehicle and then showed me vehicles which met my needs and wants. The gentleman in charge of financing worked with me to finance the vehicle I chose and he was most patient and kind. The owner of the dealership insured I was taken care of with the utmost respect.

Employees are great especially Andrew who worked on my car. He is very good, friendly and careful with it.

I had made an appointment online and when I arrived I was told twice they didn't have it on schedule.Whats the point in making an appointment if no one recognizes it?Thank goodness it was not busy!Also got a coupon online which I intended to use and that was brushed aside as well.Not the usual standard of service.

I called as my car would not start in the morning. They said to get the car jumped and bring it right in which I did. They were very helpful in determining it was my battery and that was replaced. They also price matched a battery that I found advertised. Thank you, Cecil Clark and it’s service department.

The service department took be in as soon as I got there even thought I was a little early. The diagnosed the problem, explained it to me and completed the job in less time than I was expecting. It is a long drive for me as I live in Apopka 40 minutes away, but it is worth the drive to feel comfortable about service to my vehicle. The only thing I do not appreciate is how many times your sales department calls me, texted me or emails me about trading in my car for a new car. I am not interested as I have to them every time they call. When the time comes that I want a new car, Cecil Clark will be the first dealership I come too. In the meantime, please stop the solicitation. Thank you

They took care of my car entirely. I used a privately owned car care place recommended by a person who knows them, and they didn't do my last service at all. I'll use the dealer for it from now on.

The communication was good. The work itself is difficult to determine, but the truck is running well so I am assuming all is good. I definitely appreciate the time they spent with the warranty company, helping to get this covered. I was disappointed with the condition the vehicle was returned in. There were oily hand and footprints all over the truck, especially on the grill and around the engine compartment. I'm not sure it makes sense to put a paper floor mat in to protect my mat if you are going to leave the truck filthy. There was also a section of the grill that was not reattached and is loose/rattling.

Still confused about GM Financial to Wells Fargo switch. My husband is in critical care at Leesburg Regional since Sunday. Having to oversee bills from hospital. Cecil Clark has always been good to us.

Service was actually done well, BUT it was the result of a problem. There were 11 softare updates that were not done. The problem was resolved once the updates were applied. It took over 3 HOURS to do the updates. When I asked Why I wasn't notified that my vehicle needed updates I was told that there is no notification to owners. "Just wait until you have a problem and bring it in and we'll see if it needs updates" was the dealerships' stance. A call to Chevy support ended with referral back to the dealership. So Chevy's POLICY IS TO NOT NOTIFY OWNERS OF NEEDED UPDATES BUT TO WAIT UNTIL SOMETHING MALFUNCTIONS TO PERFORM THE UPDATES. Ask me if my next vehicle will be a Chevy! oh and YES please publish my response!! I'm sure you won't, but I wish you would.

My car was in for the same issue twice in as many weeks. I knew I had a leak in the tire and was dismissed by your service department the first time. When I came back I told the manager of the department that it’s a slow leak. I know it’s there and I want it repaired. After what I just spent on a new car. I shouldn’t have to demand it be repaired

Not filling my washer fluid and not setting my tires at the right psi. Im not even sure if they even rotated them. Plus chaged me 60.00 for a simple change of my air and cabin filter that I provided. Not happy at all.

My 2025 Trax was damaged from a careless, unlicensed, no insurance lady. Dave V was kind enough to drive it to the dealership for repairs, a 2 & 1/2 ride from Vero beach to Cecil Clark. Freddie in service was right on it dealing with insurance issues involving lots of phone time, I'm sure. I wasn't able to do the leg work as I had surgery and a lengthy hospital stay. Freddie didn't give up. He secured the parts and had it totally repaired in 2 & 1/2 days! Amazing!! Cecil Clark is surely a one of a kind company with a simple goal...to provide outstanding customer service by all of the friendly people who are employed there. Surely an unusual attribute and the reason they have had decades of success. A huge shout out to Dave, Freddie and Cecil Clark Chevrolet! YOU ROCK!!!!

Service Consultant Rich Charland was " Johnny On The Spot " when I brought my 06 Diesel Chevy PU in for Service with ( 2 ) Dead Batteries. He advised me he had an Open Bay and could take my Truck in for Service right now, which he did and I was back on the road in a very short time.

Rich is the best at caring for my crazy requests like keeping my engine bay clean, the interior free from grease smudges and not grubbing up the exterior with hand prints. Rally disappointed that you continue to penalize me by charging 3% to use my GM card. It cost me more to use it than I get back for using it. I called Van Gannaway service and they don’t have this money grab policy! Maybe I should have my truck and corvette serviced there?

I had an appointment which was confirmed two weeks.earlier when I brought the car in for a check engine light. Somehow my oil change appointment disappeared but the service advisor was able to fit me in. Service was fine as always but honestly the price is 30% higher than last year and I will likely have to look elsewhere

Not the usual courtesy I experienced in past. Car service was good. But dirt smear on door and lots of sand on floor mat when I got back in. My previous car was always really clean when I got it back. Not a big deal but not as previously experienced. Just an fyi.

We had a very bad experience at a prior dealership earlier in the morning. Right from the door opening for us we were greeted very professionally by Andres. He asked us what we needed what we were looking for, and went to great length to make sure we were taken care of both with our car and physically with water and offering breakfast treats. . We went in looking to release another Trax and we ended up getting a better deal with great discounts after speaking to the dealer manager and finance gentlemen. The complete experience was excellent were new to Florida and have always bought our vehicles at the same dealership same sales person for many years. I felt like we were right back home.

The service representative was top notch, no complaints there. But CC Chevrolet charged me $260+ for a diesel fuel filter change for an AC Delco fuel filter kit which costs $60ish at the parts store. Think I need to take my service needs somewhere else.

My salesman was great. he listened to my needs on what I wanted on a new suv. he was very helpful on showing how things worked on my new Equinox . being in my 70s things are a little tough to understand and he was more than patient on showing me the different new things on my suv. I have purchased at least 12 vehicles over my life span and I have to say Cecil Clark Chev dealer is the best dealership and salesman i have ever delt with. I will be back for another vehicle and tell all my friends on how great they were and my sales person Eric. He was one of the best sales people I have ever delt with. 5 STARS for the whole organization.
